   Hii! (':
   
   You enter a large room, filled with the sweet sound of laughter and the delicious smell of party food. Intrigued, you walk further in, shutting the door carefully behind you, as to not let the rain in, and you notice that the room appears to be split in half. On the left side, the room is painted bright green, and on the right side, this green fades into a shocking pink. There are posters on both sides of the room, on the green side you spot pictures of a wide variety of olives; green olives, black olives, stuffed olives, olives with pepper and olives with chilli. You then turn around to face the pink side, and spot more posters, this time, posters of cake; cupcakes, birthday cakes, sponge cakes, cakes with icing and cakes with sprinkles. On the back wall, plastered over both sides of the room is a giant poster with 'THE STRANGE BRIGADE' written across it.
   
   That's when you notices the faint music playing. It gets louder and louder, and you recognise the song; it's Lego House by Ed Sheeran. You whirl around to find a table in the centre of the room, piled up with plates of party food. There are two people sat at the table, a girl wearing a giant olive costume and a girl wearing a giant cupcake costume. They both smile, and whilst the cupcake girl stands up and turns down the music, the olive girl also stands, and outstretches her arm for a handshake.
   
   
   "I'm TheOlive," she says, as the girl in the cupcake costume returns to the table, "and this is my friend TheCake."
   
   "And welcome to our shared blog!" says TheCake, beaming.

   You immediately feel happy, and you know that you will fit in well here, so you take a seat between TheOlive and TheCake, who invite you to tuck into the food. TheOlive passes you a notebook, and beckons you to look inside. You open it to a random page, and find this:

   TheOlive's likes & dislikes:
   
   <3... I like: my lovely friend TheCake, The Strange Brigade, lemon flavoured things, the rain, spinach, sunsets, rhinos, the colour green, smoothies, cookies, good grammar, china tea sets, and of course, olives.
    
   </3..  I don't like: chocolate flavoured things, windy weather, allergies, early mornings, being ill, lifts, competative sports, spiders, brussel sprouts, loud noises or balloons.

   TheOlive notices you reading her likes and dislikes, and grins to herself. You realise how unbelievably random she is, and begin to wonder whether TheCake is this random too.
   
   That's when someone enters the room. Your eyes dart to the doorway and you spot person dressed as a chive, clutching a message for all to see. Only currently, the message has a red box glued over the top of it, for Chives was a newbie, but this box should be able to be taken off within a day or two, once the moderation team had checked it.
   
   At this point, TheOlive begins to speak, "Hello Chives!" she says, as Chives shuts the door and walks towards the table.
   
   "Congratulations on being our first replier! Have a cupcake!" TheCake says, grinning and holding out an immaculately decorated cupcake. Chives takes it thankfully.
   
   Then, TheOlive notices lots of other people standing outside, peaking in through the window. She walks towards the door, opens it, and says, "Hi everyone! Feel free to come in and have a chat! Although this is technically a blog, TheCake and I are very chatty people, so amongst our blog updates, please do come and have a conversation with us. We won't eat you, we promise!" she laughs, and walks back towards the table.
   
   "Unless you're a cake. Or an olive. Then, for personal reasons, we may accidently eat you." TheCake says, laughing too, "I'm joking, of course. But yes, please do come in and post some messages for us! We'd love to hear from you!"

   BAAAAAAAAAH! TheCake has arrived! (:
   
   You feel someone tap you lightly on the shoulder and turn round to see TheCake grinning at you. She offers you a slice of chocolate cake but you pass and turn the page in the notebook you were reading to a random page, and find this:

   TheCake's likes & dislikes:
   
   <3... I like: my lovely friend TheOlive, The Strange Brigade, the sun, noodles, dinosaurs, the colour blue, rainbows, smoothies, sweeties, good grammar, and of course, cakes.
    
   </3..  I don't like: wet and windy weather, early mornings, being ill, spiders, brussel sprouts, lucozade, not getting any sleep and school.

   You turn to look at TheCake and she offers you an Angel slice and you can't resist so you gobble it all up. She smiles and shows you to a table full of all sorts of cakes but your eyes dart to the table on your right. A table full of olives. TheOlive offers you a plate of 3 olives and you take it gratefully, the olives disappearing in no more than 3 seconds.

   After eating much of the delicious party food on offer, you decide to learn a bit more about TheCake and TheOlive. TheOlive chooses this exact moment to open to another page in the notebook, entitled 'Fun Facts!' and you wonder whether she's a mind reader. TheCake smiles at you, and beckons you to read onwards..
   
   TheOlive's Fun Facts:
   
   Favourite Animal: Elephants.
   "I like elephants for a number of reasons. Firstly, their huuuuge ears. That's very awesome. It would be pretty useful to have them to cool you down or waft the flies away. Secondly, baby elephants are just too cute. And thirdly, their loyalty. Elephants never forget." <3
   
   Favourite Colour: Green.
   "I own an awful lot of green stuff, I absolutely love the colour. It's bright, it's happy, it's natural. It's neutral too- it isn't a cold or warm colour, it's in the middle, perfect. And also, it's the colour of a lot of olives. And TheOlive loves olives." <3
   
   Favourite Food: Olives.
   "Does this really need an explanation? My name is TheOlive. I like olives. I think they're very very tasty, especially with Greek salad. And they're green. Which is awesome." <3

    Favourite Animal: Penguins.
    "Penguins are just amazing ok. Baby penguins are just the cutest but I hate seeing pictures of them tbh because most of them are of their habitats dying. Anyway, penguins are awesome. That is all." <3

    "Although my room is purple I absolutely love the colour blue. Its just a cool colour haha. I love it even more than rainbow because its awesome.     icy - This isn't your blog. If they don't want pictures, they don't want pictures. You don't have to say they don't have creativity for not posting pictures. You post pictures, but typically not pictures you made yourself, so that's not actually creativity.
