   what is asthma? it affects the lungs and you can die if u have an asthma attack not everyone is lucky when you have an asthma attack

   shortness of breath
   chest tightness
   cough
   wheezing
   
   do you have mild,moderate,sereve asthma i have mild asthma and my nana has sereve asthma

   I have mild asthma and my sister has moderate asthma. I don't really use puffers or those inhalers anymore and I don't wheeze but I get a shortness of breath when I play sport every week. My sister has moderate asthma. She wheezes a fair bit and gets tired and puffed quite quickly. I think it would help if she did excersise, but she absaloutly HATES excersise and that's not good.

   I have very very very very mild asthma. I get a lot out of breath and my chest gets tight but i don't need inhalers.

   Moderate.I can be quite bad although most of the time I am fine.

   I have athsma - it's not very bad, and I only have real problems when I overexercise like when I have to do cross-country running.

    lol cross- country. I had cross-country on the last day of the term for school and I came 6th out of my gender and year. That sadly means that I have to go to zone.

    I don't think I have athsma, but sometimes when I do running I have to stop with shortness of breath.

    I have mild athsma, I also have permanant tonsillitis when I went to the doctors to see if I could go on the waiting list for an operation thay said no so I dont have to do running in P.E because I could have an athsma attack.

    Yeah I did try but they woudnt even put me on the waiting list they said I wasnt important at the moment and they would put me on the waiting list, but that was 4 years ago and still nothing.

    I dont need enhalers but sometimes when I do P.E and if I have particullar types of illnesses I do.

    My dad ha severe asthma and he use puffers. It's getting worse when he has high blood pressure

    i'm not so bad now, but had it pretty severe when i was little, my mum used to have to come into school during the day so i could use a nebuliser =(

    Mile run tomorrow. Oh god not lookign forward to that. Im gona have stitches and a tight chest. Oh its gonna be baad ( baad get it? )
