   Hi, The first player in "HighScores leaderboard" made a score of 4158.
   
   I think this score is impossible, probably an error ocurred or cheating or something else, I don't know.
   
   The game in Shaun the Sheep site ("Competition Scores Leaderboard") has any kind of protection to prevent things like that ?

   Sorry mitzie, I know it seems impossible. I used to think scores above 500 were impossible. But I promise, with a lot of determination, focus, and a bit of luck, you'll eventually be able to get really high scores. Let me know if you need any more tips!

    If you've finished the 20. level, the game starts at the beginning, so that you have to make the levels again and again......

    Hi all - Yes we do use a system in the game to avoid memory hacking (like with CheatEngine), so the scores up there are pretty much genuine I'm afraid! There are only 20 levels, so once you have mastered a route for them all, then it's quite possible to play the game over and over.

    Thanks RichD! And yes, froggy, it is very hard. Just keep working at it and you'll keep getting better. First try to get above 200, then work up to 500, and then keep going as far as you can.

    is there a cheat for game becasue how can you get 1,300 and over it is impossible my highest score is 275!!!!!

    mitzie, I know it's very frustrating, but you really can get a much higher score than that. I used to be stuck getting scores closer to yours but I've gradually worked really hard to get through each level faster and avoid obstacles better. Sometimes you need to take risks to save time, and sometimes you really just have to be lucky. But overall, the key is focus and determination. No matter how frustrated you get, you have to stay focused and keep going. Pay attention to the places you lose time and have the most trouble.
    
    Also, try not to think too much about scores that are higher than yours, just work on finding ways to be faster and avoid obstacles better. If you're getting 275 now, maybe make a goal of getting over 300 next, then try for 400, and keep going as far as you can. Trust me, I've gotten very frustrated many, many times but have worked my way through it to be able to get scores like mine.
    
    A few more tips: ~ You can get closer to the sheep than you can to any of the other objects, including the wigs. So in some cases, even if it seems like you'll hit both the sheep and the wig, you'll usually hit the wig first. This is crucial to saving time on some of the levels. ~ Maybe it's just me but the back of the truck seems a bit more sensitive than the front, so be careful when you turn, otherwise you'll get really frustrated when your back end crashes into something unexpectedly. ~ Personally, I've found that turning off the game's sound/music and listening to my own music helps me concentrate better. ~

    So disappointed that this game won't work for me.....
    I just get the grassy field with 4 sheep and a jeep in the middle. Can't activate anything... have tried the mouse, space bar, arrow direction keys (inc. those on the numerical pad), but,..nada....
    Any clues, anyone? (Can't get the Tractor Beam game to work either, if that's any help....)

    577 is a really great score. I remember thinking I was at my absolute limit when I got to around 600 since that used to be around where the top scores were for a while but Rogerup, ZeekyBoy, and I have struggled to get just above each other for the top score and eventually got far further than I think any of us thought was possible. If you're still determined to get an even higher score, let me know if there are any specific troubles you're having and I'll try to help! (That goes for anyone!)

    Don't worry concon, there are still 14 days left in the competition. If you're at 207 I would recommend taking as much time as you need to to avoid hitting obstacles and sheep. After you've gotten that down pretty well, start increasing your speed. Just keep working at it and your score will definitely get higher!
