    Dear katie or Kirsten,
    I've again problems with the art Yard upload:
    I uploaded a picture my little brother drew with his profile (I made for him because he's too young) on Saturday. On Monday it still wasn't up althought other pictures where. So I tried again this time with other browsers in sum three times with three different browsers. So I now hoped it would be up today. But it isn't!
    I can't be that the picture is too big, it has 630 KB, and it is a .jpeg! Everytime I tried there was a white side after clicking on the upload-button, normaly there should be a "thanks for uploading a picture to the Art Yard" or something like that?!
    
    The profile I tried with has the username "3Se3". If you nee the e-mail address of it I can mail it to you!
    
    I don't know why it didn't work maybe there are still some problems with the new site?!

    I love Bitzer - I've just done some tests and it's worked ok for me. What browser are you using? The size and format should be fine and I don't think it's a problem with the new site but it could be a browser specific problem...Let me know and we'll have a think and if we can't find the problem by tomorrow you can email it to me and I'll upload it.

    Thank you for your fast answer!
    I tried it with Safari, Firefox, and the Internet Explorer, everytime in the same size and data type exactly 653 KB and jpg!
    I tried it everytime at this site: http://www.shaunthesheep.com/artyard/upload/
    I filled in every field and also accepted the terms and conditions but then there only is a white page, the address is the same but the page is completely white!
    But if it was a browser problem it wouldn't be at three different browsers, doesn't it?! I think there are some other users using Firefox or Safari, too, while uploading their picture!? I have no idea what the problem could be.......

    I'm so sorry that always I have those problems with the Art Yard, I don't understand why, and I'm really helpless what to change with the pictures
    But it is very nice to see that the old writing is back again so that you can read everything better again! Thank you Ardman Staff

    Hmm....something is confusing:
    
    I uploaded a picture with my other profile (3Se3) I had taken with my camera and it worked, better: I saw the uploaded-screen.
    Then I thought now it would all work and uploaded another picture (the piture I'm trying to upload with THIS profile since weeks) but there it didn't work.
    
    Do you understand this, Kirsten?

    I love bitzer and 3Se3 - I've uploaded the picture to the Art Yard now and it will still count in February's competition. The one you sent me was actually 600 dpi which is why it wouldn't have uploaded (it needs to be 72 dpi). I also got a white screen after uploading which we will look into but it worked and your picture is now in the Art Yard.

    Dear Kirsten,
    thank you for the information to scan pictures in 72 dpi or less in the future I'll remeber that when scanning pictures for the Art Yaqrd =)
    I think it's a little bit to late to scan it again in 72 dpi and upload it again (and to take part in the Valentine's competition) because it's now March but I think my brother won't be too diappointed because I will scan it maybe tomorrow again and upload it (I hope that's ok) so he can see how the people like it
    
    Would it be possible to change the upload site a little bit so that there is for example the information what quality or dpi scanned pictures should be or in which quality pictures should be taken?! That would be great!

    You can click on someone's name and then on the right of their profile, it will say Add Buddy. Click on that, and you will have sent them a buddy request. They can either approve or reject. If someone has sent you a buddy request, click where it says Requests: whatever number at the the top and you can either approve or reject.

    Click on the profile of the person you want to make friends with then click on the ' Add buddy' on the top right hand side of the page. That sends them a Buddy Request which they can approve or reject.
