    Hi Katie,

    Heya Bubbles, If u go on google and search 4 ur fav. thing u can search for a certain size, look f 90x90 and then go into the picture and click on 'save picture as', then comeback and upload it. That's how I got my pic.

    They are on a monthly basis - our Halloween edition went out on the 23rd. Your subscription seems to be correct, perhaps it has gone through a junk filter by mistake?

    I don't think that it has gone through a junk filter, because the first mail I got from aardman (the suscription mail for the Shaun-Site) was in the junk-filter and then I said in future never to filter mails from this address. But it's not so importan, maybe I#ll get the next E-Mail.

    I love Bitzer - you need to upload your creation as a jpg, otherwise we can't see it. Just check to make sure your image is saved as a jpg before uploading it, and then try again.
    
    The competition goes on until the end of every month but as you tried to upload it on Friday, if you can get it to us today then we'll count it for the Halloween competition.

    it is a jpg. But could it be, that it is to big (1,75 MB)?
    Good to know that a competition goes one month. Maybe that stands anywhere on this sit but I'm very new here so I don't know everything

    But it can also be, that you can't see it, because I have taken the picture in a very high quality (jpg fine).

    They aren't vanished they are only hidden that they don't utilize so much room at every end of the site!
    And because of it's Halloween there are the Halloween-Smileys in the foreground.

    Could it be that there's a problem with this months competition? Because the reminder on the site shows always that I haven't entered the competition but I had many times. Maybe it's a problem wich only I have but maybe other or all users have this!
