Are we, perhaps, all unemployed adults who really are THAT bored? Can we not wait for the Christmas special of Doctor Who/ EastEnders/ HollyOaks/ My Family/ Coronation Street/ Holby City/ Casualty/ Scrubs/ Big Brother/ Shaun the Sheep/ Top Gear? Does the media and television have too great an influence on our lives? Should I shut up now? A group of friends and I, while on a school trip last week, wrote a song to the tune of the Halifax jingle. Ours advertised our nice clean room ready for teacher's inspection, and went as follows:
