So, I know this isn't Shaun but I really loved this movie and it's Aardman so I figured it that it was okay to upload it. This is a sketch I did in charcoals of Aardman's newest movie's star: Arthur Christmas. If you can, I highly recommend watching this movie. The best Christmas film in years! Please comment and request more pictures!

That is so good, I always end up smudging my char coal pictures, but that is just amazing!

If you want, here's a hint. When I get finished with my charcoal or chalk pictures, I actually spray them with hairspray( The fine kind, in an areosol can). An artist friend of mine told me that that will keep them from smudging when you are finished. I also spray in between different layers of color. Don't soak the paper, just cover it. It's strange but it works! ( Also, I actuallly made a mistake and smudged the lines I had for the background, so I used my finger and spread the charcoal out.) thanks again! -
